Overview

As a generator of ‘competences’, focused on the major areas of the public policy cycle — foresight, planning, monitoring and evaluation, the Incubator aims to create knowledge and technical capacity and harmonise practices and concepts among public administration entities, with a twofold goal:
On the one hand, to improve the quality of public intervention and, on the other hand, to facilitate interaction, the sharing of data and information and the carrying out of co-operative work between public administration entities, in particular the REPLAN – Network of Planning and Foresight Services of Public Administration.

Objectives

• Structuring of a training offer (methodological and technical) within the scope of which a general training course will be developed in partnership with INA, but also specialisation courses, as well as internships or similar training programmes with other partners;
• Production and dissemination of methodological guides and tools and other resources, in various formats, to provide information and training on the issues of foresight, design, planning, monitoring and evaluation of public policies.
